This acrylic on canvas is mounted on good quality MDF board . I havent framed it deliberately as the choice of frame color and type is subjective.
A hummingbird is a spirit animal and symbolizes joy, adaptability, swiftness, resilience and lifting  negativity. In Shamanic culture, the hummingbirds signify the need to accept the painful experiences of the past and learn from them.
